Online Mac & Cheese Cooking Classes in Honor of Black History Month

Celebrate Black History Month with a culinary journey through comfort food! The New Mexico Cheese Guild (NMCG) is proud to partner with Kat Cannella of Kat’s Kitchen to bring you two engaging Mac & Cheese Cooking Classes.

The fee for the class includes the recipe and real-time instruction as you prepare your own delicious mac & cheese dish in the convenience of your own kitchen.

Participants will receive an ingredient list in advance. To make the process even easier, NMCG is partnering with the Mouse Hole Cheese Shop to offer a pre-made ingredients box for purchase. Order your box directly from the shop by Feb 14. Your box will be ready for pick up before the class. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to source the ingredients from your usual grocery store or cheese retailer. (*We highly recommend the curated box as the cheeses will be top quality, small batch, and environmentally friendly).
