Join Nathan Sauceda-Halliday, co-owner of the Mouse Hole Cheese Shop, and Amanda Brown, owner-operator of Brown’s Micro-Creamery, as they demonstrate how to make Fromage blanc, a fresh raw milk cheese recipe that you can easily recreate at home. The speakers will guide you through the process of how milk transforms into cheese through fermentation. This demo will highlight the importance of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including raw milk, starter cultures, rennet, and local herbs and the attendees will leave with the knowledge and confidence to start making their own artisanal cheese!
